Over the years, custom designing menus with our clients has allowed Lindsay Rose to excel at reflecting each customer’s personal needs. Whether in your home, backyard, or an indoor facility of your choosing, we artfully present your meal in an inviting and professional manner.   • Orange and cracker wheat salad:
    with green pepper, cracked wheat, cucumber, fresh mint, toasted almonds, grated zest and juice of lemon, seedless oranges and salt & pepper.
  • Cracked wheat, fennel bulbs salad:
    small red chile, celery, olive oil, zest and juice of lemon, scallions, fresh mint, parsley, pomegranate seeds and salt & pepper.
  • Shrimp salad with curry dressing:
    curry spices add an unusual twist to this salad. Made with tomato, iceburg lettuce, small onion, fresh cilantro, lemon juice, cooked chilled shrimp, apple, whole shrim, lemon wedges and cilantro on top of salad.
  • Bacon and green bean pasta salad:
    whole wheat pasta, green beans, crispy bacon, grape tomatoes, scallions, chickpeas, balsamic vinegar, cumin, coriander, cilantro, salt & pepper.
  • Zucchini, carrots and pecan salad:
    chunks of warm zucchini are served with a crisp tangy salad in pita pockets. Made with carrots, pecans, scallions, plain yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh mint, zucchini, flower, pita bread, salt & pepper.
  • Dijon chicken salad:
    chicken tenderloins, mixed salad greens, tarragon wine vinage, dijion mustard, honey, olive oil, salt & pepper, gralic cloves, grated onion and white wine.
  • Black and orange salad:
    orange segments, pitted black olives, lemon juice, paprika, ground cumin, chopped freesh cilantro, fresh chopped parsley, served on a bed of spinach, roamaine or arugula and cilantro together.
  • Turkish salad:
    roamine lettuce hearts, green pepper, sweet red pepper, cucmber, tomatoes, bermuda onion, feta cheese, black olives, ecoo, lemon juice, garlic, fresh parsley, mint and salt & pepper.
  • Eggplant, lemon and caper salad:
    cubes of egplant, zest of lemon, parsley, pitted green olives, capers, olive oil. Served on a bed of lettuces.
